Clinic-grade documentation.
Real operational visibility.

A six-week clinic pilot that improves documentation quality and visibility—without replacing your EHR.

6 weeks · 10+ clinicians · No cost to participate

How our pilot works

Mosaic’s Clinic Collaboration Pilot is a structured, six-week engagement designed to fit your clinic’s existing workflows while improving documentation quality, timeliness, and visibility across the roster.

We work closely with a small cohort of clinicians and a designated champion to:

Align documentation templates and requirements to your clinic's standards

Adapt workflows and tooling based on real-world use and feedback

Provide leadership with clear, clinic-level visibility without adding administrative overhead

The pilot is intentionally collaborative and iterative, allowing us to refine both configuration and functionality in response to how your clinic actually operates.

By the end of the pilot, clinics have a clear picture of what changes, what improves, and what value Mosaic delivers to their practice.

Pilot features

Mosaic is built to support clinicians and clinics simultaneously—reducing documentation burden while giving leadership the visibility needed to support consistent, timely care.

For clinicians

GraceNotes supports faster, structured documentation without changing how clinicians practice.

  • Generate payer-ready notes from virtual or in-person sessions
  • Industry-standard templates (SOAP, DAP, BIRP) or customize your own with our team
  • Review, edit, and finalize before exporting into your existing EHR

For clinic leadership

Mosaic’s Clinic Dashboard provides visibility without micromanagement.

  • Roster-level view of documentation status and timeliness
  • Simple KPIs showing backlog trends and completion windows
  • Early signals for where clinicians may need support

Clinicians remain fully in control of their notes at all times.

The goal is insight—not surveillance.

Signals of success

We focus on outcomes, not feature usage.

The pilot concludes with a clear before-and-after outcomes summary.

  • Higher percentage of notes completed within your target window

  • Reduced documentation backlog across the roster

  • Improved consistency in note structure and required fields

  • Better visibility for leadership into where support is needed
