Mosaic’s Clinic Collaboration Pilot is a structured, six-week engagement designed to fit your clinic’s existing workflows while improving documentation quality, timeliness, and visibility across the roster.
We work closely with a small cohort of clinicians and a designated champion to:

- No. Mosaic does not alter how therapy is delivered. Clinicians remain fully in control of their notes and documentation. The system focuses on improving documentation structure and providing visibility into operational trends across the clinic.
- The Clinic Dashboard surfaces operational signals such as documentation timeliness, note completion trends, potential backlog across the team, and time saved. The goal is to help leadership understand workflow patterns and identify where support or process adjustments may be helpful.
- At the end of the pilot, we provide a brief summary of what changed during the trial, highlighting areas where Mosaic improved workflows and efficiency. This review helps your team understand the operational impact across the clinic and decide whether continuing with Mosaic would be valuable. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the pilot.
